Pat has more than 30 years' experience in the management of multi-million-dollar performance improvement, learning and development, and information technology programs.
History and Mission Statement
Bloomsburie is an 8(a), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration. We are a full-service performance improvement company located in the Washington, DC Metro area.
We believe our work makes our communities a better place.
Our mission is to provide excellent products and services to our customers–achieved through the strength of our team. We partner with our customers to align innovation and best practices to develop the most effective solution.
Our team of professionals has worked across 50 different government organizations, over 100 projects, that range from $1,000 to over $20M in contract value.
