Kinha provides strategic leadership and direction for the company and staff. She has developed training products for the United States Military Academy at West Point and Federal Emergency Management Agency. She also had leadership roles developing learning solutions for Ticketmaster and LandAmerica Financial Group, Fortune 500 companies. She guides Bloomsburie’s organizational performance to achieve long-term business growth and to provide excellent service to our clients.

Kinha holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Thomas Edison State College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Barnard College, Columbia University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute as well as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certified.

Angela is a skilled training and development professional adept at managing large scale training projects while simultaneously managing administrative support for the corporate training team. She has a CPLP Certification and a Masters Degree in Education. With over 15 years of experience in professional human development, she has extensive knowledge of adult learning principles, first-rate instructional design abilities and is an accomplished training manager. Angela has a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations, remaining customer focused and adhering to budget and scheduling constraints.

 

Leasha CareyLeasha Carey
Director of Human Capital

Leasha brings 15 years of experience in Human Resource Development in Talent Management, Training and Learning Consulting, LMS/eLearning and Project Management. She began her early career in the Financial Services industry working in credit, underwriting and land title. It was during that time she found her passion in training and development and consulting. She also has experience in Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Food Industries and other areas.

For the last 10 years, Leasha has worked a Senior Learning Consultant Manager and Senior Project Management Consultant serving several Fortune 100 and 500 clients by conducting learning assessments, designing and developing corporate universities and managing implementations of global learning management systems. She received the CUX Corporate University Award for Best Practices in Excellence and Innovation in Corporate Learning and the President’s Club Award for North America Consulting Services FY08. She has degrees in International Business and Human Resource Management.
